Fast Fixed Asset Identification

All the information required by the users (product name, serial number, barcode number, brand, model, category, expiration date, warranty periods, invoice information, depreciation values, etc.) are recorded during the identification of fixtures in the system.

Creating Sub-Inventory List

Sub-products can be defined for each fixture, and the sub-products are automatically assigned to the relevant person and tracked while the product embezzlement transactions are carried out.

Photo Assisted Recording

A photo of the fixture can be uploaded to the system via mobile handheld terminal or application, and product control is supported with visuals.

Embezzlement Procedures

Fixtures can be embezzled either on an individual basis or on a departmental basis, one by one or collectively from the mobile handheld terminal or desktop application. An embezzlement receipt can be printed on the system based on the embezzlement transactions performed. Thanks to the flexible embezzlement receipt design feature, company-specific embezzlement receipt design can be created.

Online Embezzlement Tracking

All users can access the embezzled inventory list online via MetaMatik web interface.


All fixtures whose warranty period is approaching or has expired can be filtered according to user-specified criteria. Before the warranty period expires
necessary measures are taken first. Fixtures sent for repair and returned from repair are tracked. For fixtures that require calibration and routine maintenance, users make plans and the system follows up. The system notifies users via e-mail when maintenance and calibration is due.

Invoice Tracking

Invoices for fixtures can be archived in the system. In ongoing purchases, the process can be followed through Meta-Matik without the need to review accounting records.



Consumables Tracking

Consumables, which may seem small but have a significant place in operating expense items, are taken under control from the system. When the system falls below the predefined control level for consumables, it automatically alerts users for purchasing. Thus, the disruptions caused by the lack of stock are prevented.

Online Request Management

All authorized users can make online inventory requests through the MetaMatik web interface and follow the request processes online. Barcode and RFID on the same platform The information of the existing barcode system can be transferred to the RFID system. In addition, thanks to the barcode and RFID supported mobile hand terminal, inventory tracking can be started with barcode and switched to RFID tags at any time.
